Thank you for your interest in a Private Tasting Experience! We'd be delighted to host your group! To begin the booking process, we have some questions for you below. First, we have some additional logistical information for you:
The experience is approximately 90 minutes and features samples of our chocolate throughout. It culminates with everyone creating their own dark chocolate bar. They'll get to add whatever toppings and seasonings they'd like, then seal and package them up.
We offer our tasting experiences Tuesdays through Sundays. For private experiences Tuesdays through Thursdays, a deposit of $750 is required to book. This covers up to 15 guests, which is our minimum. You can add additional guests, and each guest beyond 15 is an additional $50. For private experiences on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday we require a minimum of 25 and a deposit of $1,250 to book.
We generally offer a 10:00am, 12:00pm, and a 2:00pm time slot. On Fridays and Saturdays we also have a 4:00pm time slot available. We can be flexible on the times depending on your needs. Any approved private tasting experience occurring after our shop's normal business hours will be subject to an after hours fee, starting at $200, and increasing depending on the specific time(s) requested.
All tasting experiences take place at 100 NE Farragut, Portland, OR, 97211. There is parking available in the lot behind the building.
Dates requested less than two weeks in advance cannot be considered.
