Pet Portrait Day - 27th July 2024
We are looking to hold a Pet Portrait Day here at Walford Mill in 2024. This form is for artists to apply to join the event in the courtyard. The day will include artists and local pet merchandise suppliers & makers. If you are interested in joining us here on July 27th 2024 please complete the following application form. Pitch Fees for the whole day are £25 non refundable to secure the day. Pet suppliers traders, are also invited to complete this form. Format of the day will be to welcome a collection of local artists, who are able to either complete quick sketches on the day (ink, paint, graphic etc) or take commissions from customers. We will promote the day, on local and County wide social media and press releases, so hope for this to be a special day in Wimborne. We have canvassed lots of doggy and pet parents, who are very keen for such an event to take place, so look forward to a wonderful day where we have lots of doggy visitors at the Mill. 
Once applied, we will be reviewing all applications and confirming to all those successful and confirm the date to ensure availability.

Do you have Public liability Insurance. Note = if applying for PLI, and successful in your application - you will need to provide a copy prior to the event date(s) you have applied for. You will not be permitted to trade without Public Liability Insurance.

Do you have your own gazebo to use? As the Market is an outside event, you will need to provide your own cover.  The Mill are not able to provide any covering structure or gazebo to use, therefore it is important to have your own to bring on the day.

Do you provide lessons for your products and would like to know more about opportunities for Classroom or outdoor space rental at Walford Mill. ?

Any special requests or specific questions, please add here. Please note that Walford Mill are not able to provide access to power as this is an outside event.
I understand that if successful in my application, I will need to complete a Risk Assessment prior to attending the event. Failure to complete will mean that I am unable to set up, and any payment received will be non refundable.   Risk Assessment template will be sent to you in advance of the event by Walford Mill Crafts.

I understand that in applying for the Walford Mill Courtyard Pet Portrait Day, this does not secure my place and I will receive notification once the application has been approved, and will make payment upon confirmation.  Cost of the pitch will be £25 per event.

If you have any photographs of what you are selling and are successful in your application, you will send pictures to  'Events' at Walford Mill prior to the event, and provide approval below for Walford Mill Crafts to share on their website and Social Media in the run up to the Market.
