We have a new vendor market starting fall of 2022 on the second Saturday of each month at Minarets High School.
Please read the following description/info and then fill out the questions below.
Minarets Stagecoach Trading is a place for makers, vendors, farmers/ranchers, crafters or food trucks to sell their wares to the community. All proceeds from this market go to the Minarets Foundation, a 501-3(c) entity, to aid the Foundation in all that do for the students at Minarets High School.
Minarets Stagecoach Trading will be located at Minarets High School, on the upper grass area near the front gate entrance, on the second Saturday of the month.
Completing this form is not a guarantee of a space at the market. The purpose of this form is to accept needed information to approve vendors and collect market date requests. Right now, we are currently only taking vendor reservations for Feb 11th, 2023. Market hours are 10am to 4pm. Setup is 7am-9am breakdown is after 4pm but must be cleared out & space clean by 6pm.
We will accept some used item vendors. (Such as antiques or vintage items.) We will not however accept swap meet or yard sale type vendors.
All spaces are weather dependent so please watch for emails or social media posts. There is no power available so please bring your own supply if it is needed.
Please do not apply as a vendor if your items violate a copywrite or trademark, or if it pertains to drugs/alcohol or drug paraphernalia, religion or politics. This market is on a school campus and as a fundraiser for such we would prefer to not have anything that would put an improper image on the school, The Foundation, the school district, its students, community etc.
Spaces fees are as follows:
Non-Food Vendors: 10x10 for $35 (multiple spaces upon request and as approved)
Food Vendors: $65 or 10% of market sales for the day (plus applicable county fees)
Cottage Food Vendors: 10x10 for $35 (plus any applicable county fees)
