What are the Requirements?
1. Enroll in Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management (MKT/OTM 421). Note: This course has a prerequisite of MKT 300 or OTM 300, which will be waived for all badge earners. You will not have to satisfy the prerequisite. Please work with Blake Bishop (blake.bishop@wisc.edu) for assistance. 
2. Attend two specialized learning events featuring insights from industry experts. (Lunch will be provided!)
3. Write a reflection paper summarizing the insights gained from the specialized learning events. 

What are my next steps?
Please fill out the form below. You will then be added to a listserv which will inform you of applied learning events. You will also be added to the Canvas page, where you can submit your reflection paper, learn about applied learning events, and chat with other students enrolled in the badge. Upon completion of all requirements, you will be awarded the badge.
