Pre-registration form for the 2014 JALT Hokkaido Language Teaching Conference "Elements of Good Teaching" to be held on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Hokusei Gakuen University.
Doors open at 9:00 AM for Registration. The first presentation will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Let us know if you will be needing Daycare at the conference.

Pre-registration will give us an idea of the number of people who will be attending.

Non-JALT members conference fee is  ¥ 2000 but pre-registered,  non-members pay ¥1500.

If you are a JALT Member the conference is free!
