We’re LAVA The Agency. We help ambitious but overwhelmed champions of inclusivity make space to focus on their mission and grow their business with more ease and joy, and less stress through remote Personal Assistance and Business Support.

Founded in 2018, over the past four years, the business has been steadily growing and we are now transitioning into an agency model. As part of this transition I am recruiting a pool of experienced Remote Assistants at all levels to become part of the family and growing brand.

Built on a passion for helping people become more organised and in control of their time, I am excited to continue to bring this ethos to many others.

LAVA Clients include coaches, influencers and small business owners and I am looking for the cream of the crop to help manage and look after those clients as well.

You will be a contractor to the business and client management will include but is not limited to diary management, EA/Administrative tasks, data entry, research and scheduling of pre-created social media posts.

I'm looking for experienced and proven Social Media VAs, Tech VAs and traditional Executive Assistant VAs to join my family.
