Applicants accepted for employment are on a trial basis with a probationary period and if in our judgment it is found that the employee is not adaptable to the work assigned, or that information has been misrepresented, the engagement may be terminated without other reason. All staff are REQUIRED to submit the following prior to the first day of work: current BSA Annual Health & Medical Record; Federal W-2; CT W-2; Federal I-9; proof of required BSA training and other miscellaneous documents.
