What do I need to build a computer? (Part II)
Consider the following;  You have been asked to build a computer for the client described below.  What you decide to spend on each part depends on how important that part will be to your client.

 Neon has $600 and needs a computer that will handle everyday tasks, handle PC gaming, streaming movies and music from the web, and even those bigger projects like organizing the family photos or editing home movies.
