Bridal Services Submission Form
Thank you for your interest in my services! As an experienced, in-demand solo artist, I work with the most beautiful, amazing brides across Kansas doing their hair and/or makeup. I'm also happy to do either hair or makeup for as many members of a bridal party that the wedding day timeline will allow.
I work with photographers in their studios and in commercial/film production; therefore, I have a limited amount of bridal dates available. I'd be delighted to discuss how we can together create your most beautiful bridal look.

PLEASE NOTE: Inquiries do not constitute a booking. 

Booking is confirmed and your date is reserved after all of the following events occur:
1. We’ve first spoken or met via Phone/Zoom/or In Person to discuss your bridal vision.
2. You’ve had your trial or consultation appointment, or you have waived this appointment in writing.
3. We’ve determined that we are a good mutual fit.
4. We have a signed contract and a minimum of 50% of the estimated total services has been paid by one of the following payment methods: cash, money order, or check with time to clear. Any unpaid balances are due the day of the wedding, in cash only. I receive money from one person on a wedding day- the person I have made the contract with- typically the bride.

About BRIDAL CONSULTATIONS /TRIALS:
You and anyone in your party is welcome to set up a consultation or trial appointment. Due to space and time limitations, only one appointment is booked per day and only the person with the appointment may attend.
I host bridal appointments at my licensed studio near Manhattan, Kansas from Tuesdays through Fridays after 1 PM.

Time All Services Need To Be Completed (before bride puts dress on) Before First Looks and Photography. Your photographer will indicate the time your photos will begin, based on your shot list, and I will backwards plan from the shoot time to determine the start time of services. If this time changes, the timeline of services will also change. If your photographer asks you to be ready earlier than originally planned, services either need to start earlier, service/services need to be eliminated, or more artists need to be added.  *

BRIDE'S SERVICES ONLY: What services will you be needing? Please note that airbrush makeup requires 15 minutes extra per face and is $20 extra per face. *
MAKEUPS  
Indicate the number of Bridesmaid/MOB, MOG/ Flower Girl/ Grandparent, etc. makeup services needed. Please allow 45 minutes per person/per makeup for bridal party. Consider the time available for all beautifying. You may need to hire additional artists if you have a large party needing to be ready early in the day. I can give you referrals, but I do not subcontract additional artists.
Please note that any airbrush makeups require 15 extra minutes per face and is $20 extra per face.

HAIRSTYLES
Indicate the number of Bridesmaid/MOB, MOG/Flower Girl/Grandparents, etc. hairstyles needed.  Please allow 30 to 40 minutes per person/per hairstyle for bridal party+ 15 minutes for extensions.  A more accurate time allowance can be made once I see photos of what everyone has and a few ideas for the looks they want. Consider the time you have available for all beautifying as additional artists may need to be hired by you if you have a large party needing to be ready early in the day.

Thank you for your interest in my services and for completing this form. 
My travel rate is calculated  @1.35 per mile one way from my studio to your venue address.
Dates are considered booked after a phone or in-person consultation, a trial/consultation appointment, completed contract, and 50% of the total cost in the form of a money order, cleared check or cash only. 
Inquiries do not constitute bookings. 
Offers expire after 72 hours after sending via email, then the date is released. First come, first served. 
I will respond with my availability via email within 48-72 hours of receiving your submission.  Due to the lack of security (hackability) of social media messaging systems, I do not conduct business via social media messenger.
