Designated time should've been set up through McKinzie with our interview spreadsheet and info gathered from BetterTeam.
Observe their demeanor, are they shy and introverted, or bubbly and extroverted?
Have their application ready to review.
Introduce yourself and shake their hand, your tone should be relaxed and formal.
You should say very little, but what you say should be as if it were to an old friend.
Remember you are trying to get THEM to talk, NOT YOU.
Pay attention to the details while they are answering the questionnaire.
Do they seem relaxed talking to people? Are they happy or a dark person?
Do they seem intelligent and can they speak clearly? Do they seem eager for the job?
At any point we are not interested in the applicant you can stop the interview and politely tell them "Thank you, we will continue the rest of the interviews and make a decision by the end of the week" There is no need to continue to waste anyone's time.
