I, herby authorize Sara James Williams (d.b.a. Jezebel VonZephyr Photography, LLC) permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video in any and all it’s publications, including but not limited to all Jezebel VonZephyr Boudoir’s printed and digital publications. Exceptions include exposure of full breast or genital areas online and identifying marks on clothing that contain my name. I understand and agree that any photograph or video using my likeness will become property of Jezebel VonZephyr Boudoir and will not be returned. 

I acknowledge that since my participation with Jezebel VonZephyr is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. 

I hereby irrevocably authorize Jezebel VonZephyr to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photographs of my likeness for purposes of publicizing Jezebel VonZephyr Boudoir’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive my right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph(s). 

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Jezebel VonZephyr Boudoir from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. 

Typing your name below serves as your acknowledgement of this Photo Release and your agreement to it.
