Learn basic sourdough bread making skills.  This class will cover how to feed and care for your sourdough starter, see all the steps of sourdough bread making, and learn other ways to use your sourdough starter. During class sample sourdough bread, scones, focaccia and some holiday sweet treats like star bread and cinnamon roll focaccia.  Leave with a starter, recipe cards and the confidence to make your own sourdough goods!

Workshop cost of $50 covers all supplies, including informational packet with recipes, a starter, several samples during class and email support and videos after workshop is completed. No need to bring anything! Payment can be sent via Zelle, Venmo or cash the day of.  Please indicate which you'd prefer. 

Khepri will have their cafe open for drinks so please arrive 15min early if interested in having a beverage with class. Drinks not included in the price of the workshops.
