Student Parking Fee Waiver Request Form
Dear Elms Student,

Please complete the following form to request a waiver for the 2025/2026 academic year parking permit fee. If you have a question, please contact Student Accounts at 413-265-2208, or email studentaccounts@elms.edu. at your convenience.  

The reason for the waiver provided must be considered legitimate and weigh heavily enough to override the original requirement or policy.

A confirmation receipt will be sent upon successful submission of the waiver request. Please allow 48 business hours for the  parking permit fee to be removed from your Student Account.
