Session availability – The programme consists of 4 day sessions, (approx 10.30am - 3pm)  and you must be able to attend the same weekday for all 4 sessions. For example, if you select Mondays, you must be available for 4 x Monday dates. You cannot mix days (e.g. 1 Monday and 3 Fridays). Please check all the weekday options that you could commit to attending for all 4 sessions.

What happens next? Thank you for letting us know your availability. We'll use the responses to organise groups based on the days people can attend. If there are enough participants to run a group on your selected days, we'll contact you with an invitation. Please note that we may not be able to run groups on every day option, so completing this form does not guarantee a place.
