Water, Mold, Mildew, Dampness.  Please report quickly any signs of water intrusion, leaking, mildew smells. If it returns, please report it again.  Even small water leaks are very serious.

Please allow for up to 48 hours for a response to all non emergencies.

Tenant is responsible or will be billed for the following repairs:
-Any repair under $25
-Clogged Drains due to hair, food debris, or toilet tissue
-Towel Rods and Toilet Tissue rods torn off the wall
-All Light bulbs
-Cleaning Windows inside.
-Broken Window Blinds
-Anything a child breaks or a pet chews or destroys.


Tenant will assist in changing AC Filters inside of the home every 6 months (every 4 months with pets)
