[Sign Up] Shopee Bulky Delivery Channel
Hi Sellers,

Thank you for your interest in Shopee's Bulky Delivery channel!

This channel allows sellers to ship large or heavy items (e.g., furniture and home appliances) and is fully integrated with Shopee. Please sign up via this form to indicate your interest. 

Please note the following:

(1) This channel is applicable to all Shopee SG Local Sellers and Malaysia-to-Singapore (MY-SG) Direct Programme Sellers only.

(2) Parcel Size Requirements:
  • Total dimensions (length + width + height) should not exceed 600cm
  • No single side over 400cm
  • Maximum weight: 500kg
(3) Please refer to the Bulky Channel Rate Card below.

To sign up for Bulky Delivery channel, 
  1. Please take 5-10 mins to complete this form.
  2. Shopee will process all sign ups every Monday, and the Bulky Delivery channel will be enabled in the next three business days.
  3. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an important notice via Seller Centre and all bulky eligible items will be enabled with Bulky Delivery Channel.

3. Shopee reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions without prior notice or discontinue the program without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any communicated details or promotional materials relating to Shopee and its subsidiaries, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
