Enrollment for the HP Bass Team 2024-2025

Please go to www.hpbassteam.com to pay your dues.  Currently online, please pay by credit card, Venmo or PayPal.    You may also drop off or mail a check made out to "HP Bass Team" to Scott Schoenvogel at 4208 Stanhope, St. Dallas, TX 75205.

Tournament Membership: $275 (includes t-shirt, food at meetings, tournament jersey, THSBA membership and tournament fees, poster fees)
Recreational Membership: $65 (includes t-shirt and food at meetings)

I have read and understood the terms outlined in the HP Bass Team Information Packet. By signing this form, I give my consent for my child to participate in Team activities. I also agree that pictures taken at HP Bass events may be able to be used on the Team’s website or on promotional material.

 

I understand that the full amount of team dues is due at the beginning of the school year, and that my child may not participate if the dues are not paid in full. I also understand that no part of my dues is refundable even if my child decides to drop out of the team. The board is open to working with families that need to discuss payment arrangements. Please contact the membership board member if needed.

 

I understand that my child must follow the HP Bass Team Student Code of Conduct, as well as follow the rules of the THSBA.
