2026 SEC Annual Club Licence Application Form
Welcome to our Annual Application Form.
Please note this is not your registration. 

You will receive a certificate showing you are satisfying the following 5 requirements: 

1) Filling out this application Form.
2) Valid DBS certificate for all staff. (Two years)
3) Valid KCFS certificate for all staff. (Two years)
4) Valid BST certificate for all staff. (Four years for continuous staff, three years for returning staff)
5) Insurance Form signed and sent to us. (Valid for the Financial Year - April to March)

Please try to input the information accurately and orderly. 
In this first session, you need to give the Club details and info.

Please indicate your club structure. 
Otherwise, if your clubs have different leadership and representation at the board, please choose 'Pathfinders' or 'Adventurers' as separate clubs. You will need to register them separately. 

If your club has a single structure for Pathfinders and Adventurers:  same director secretary and church board representative. Please select 'both'. 

If you are not sure, select other and send us an email to pathfinders@secadventist.org.uk with a brief description and organogram of how your club functions.

However, it is very important to keep historical records of your club. (If you have extensive documentation, please do a brief summary here and indicate what you have)

If the events are abroad, please confirm that you will purchase a travel insurance policy especifically for that travel. (The Pathfinder/Adventurer Annual insurance is an accidents only insurance, NOT a travel insurance. For instance it does not cover sickness, DEATH, lost luggage or any other travel insurance items.) You can have any travel insurance avaialble in the market. *
