• 8‑week course (in-person, Witney)
• Daytime sessions (a mix of Mondays and
Thursdays)

This course will weave together:
• T’ai Chi • Qigong • Meditation • Somatic movement • Wellbeing frameworks
The format combines gentle movement, practical wellbeing guidance, and individual support, so you’re not doing this alone.
In a small group we will blend in‑person
classes, online modules, and 1:1 coaching.
