BNS Opt Out of State Tests Spring 2023
If would like to opt your child out of the State ELA and Math tests, fill out this short form. If you have more than one child in grades 3-5, please fill out one form for each child.  

This form was created the by parent members of BNS PAC (BNS Parent Action/Education Advocacy Committee), not by the school administration, faculty or staff. All form entries will be delivered to BNS teachers by the PAC.
