Hey guys! It's time to order the t-shirts! The t-shirt design that won was Design 5 and it is displayed below!

If you are interested in buying one, fill out this form. If more people buy the shirt, then the cost will go down so convince all your friends to buy it! Incoming freshmen are also definitely welcome to buy a shirt if they want one! :) Sign ups will be due on Thursday, September 3rd!

If you would like it customized, please fill out the last question. Getting your t-shirt customized means that the "EXAMPLE" part of the t-shirt will be replaced with whatever text you want. It can be your name or anything that you prefer, as long as it's appropriate!!! :D
