2016 Cross Courts Squash & Fitness Summer Camps
Summer is the perfect opportunity for players to make changes and improvements to technique in preparation for the fall tournament and winter school squash seasons. From the beginner to the tournament player, these camps are designed to improve stroke technique, tactical play, footwork and squash conditioning. A typical training session will consist of a fitness workout and then an on-court session of solo drilling, coaches feeding balls, pairs drilling, footwork drills, and match play practice.
**These group training weeks are MON- THURS ONLY
**Private lessons can be set up for FRI-SUN each week

DATES:
June 13th -16th
June 20th - 23rd
June 27th - 30th
August 15th - 18th
August 22nd - 25th

Squash Schedule:
9:30am-11:00am     Novice (approximate ages 6-9*)
11:00am-1:00pm     Intermediate (approximate ages 10-12*)
2:00pm-4:00pm       Advanced (approximate ages 13-17*)

*Please Note: Age does not necessarily decide which training group your child will be placed in. Coaches may adjust the training level you have signed your child up for. Our training sessions are based more on experience and skill level than age.  However, we will do our best to accommodate your time request as well as keeping players in similar age groups*

Fitness/Conditioning Schedule: 10:00 - 11:00am
Our fitness/conditioning program is designed to develop the strong fitness base that is critical for success on the courts. Sessions are open to intermediate and advanced players, but are highly recommend for our serious tournament players.


Pricing:
Novice Squash Training Sessions: $295/week
Intermediate/Advanced Squash Training Sessions: $520/week
Fitness/Conditioning Training Sessions: $130/week
