Important info, please read before submitting a request:
After you fill out this reservation, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the reservation is completed. Filling out the form alone does not guarantee availability of equipment, but as we operate on a first come first serve basis, priority is given to reservations according to the order in which we receive requests.
We may call you or contact you via your Cornish.edu email to gather more information about your needs or availability of equipment, or give you updates about your reservation.
If you would like to make changes to a reservation (eg. times change, equipment needs chage), please contact us and we will be able to edit and update your reservation.
Large reservations, for example reservations that require more than 2 cameras, lighting equipment, sound equipment etc, (basically a full-production), require a 48-hour minimum notice to give us enough time to test equipment, charge batteries and contact any patrons that currently have equipment in their possession to ensure items are in working order when they are checked to you.
Keep in mind that we are only staffed 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, so you can submit a reservation anytime, but we will not see it or be able to give you information or fulfill a request until we are in office during open times.
