Please fill out this form if you would like to become a MMF Canada member but are currently experiencing a financial barrier. Due to a high volume of requests we cannot guarantee everyone a membership.

Note: you must be a Canadian (citizen or landed immigrant) to apply. Financial barriers can affect anyone at anytime we do not consider race, age or gender to qualify for financial support. It may take up to 10 business days to process your application.
