How long do you need a hold for? *
We can hold memberships for up to 3 months. Custom arrangements may be arranged in extreme circumstances.
Switch to an Open Gym membership during your hold?  *
Pause your main membership billing, and use an Open Gym membership during your hold duration. This is $36 once every four weeks for unlimited open gym use. Must book open gyms online before they fill.

Do you have any special requests?  Things may include questions about previous bills, questions about other memberships or family members accounts, or anything else you want to chat about in regards to this cancellation notice. Reminders
Remember, by submitting this form you will be requesting to place your membership on hold beginning on the date of your choosing. While on hold, your membership and its perks will not be usable or accessible. If you come into the gym and use your plan, it will be automatically taken off hold. After your hold duration expires, your membership will automatically resume. Placing your membership on hold may result in a $12 hold fee. You acknowledge the terms and conditions of placing your membership on hold.
