Appointments with State Legislators on Legislative Action Day
Meeting with state representatives and senators is an effective way to let them know that you are concerned about homelessness and to advocate for issues you care about. This is a time to discuss the budget and bill priorities you want them to support as related to housing and homelessness. Individual meetings also give you the change to learn more about what issues they feel strongly about (positively or negatively).
