Detailed below are our 3 primary services and the costs for them.

Assessments are required prior to beginning services and will be performed by one of our therapists.

Cost: $150

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy: These sessions are provided by a licensed mental health professional. They look different for every individual depending on the client’s goals and challenges. Sessions include activities that a client does with the horses while the client stays on the ground (groundwork), such as grooming, watching the herd, sitting somewhere peaceful to talk, and more. These are talk therapy sessions offered in a farm setting and with the inclusion of horse interaction.

Cost: $150 for a 1-hour session

Equine Assisted Learning: In these unmounted sessions, clients work with the horses with personal growth goals in mind. EAL sessions are facilitated by an Equine Specialist who will support you as you learn about horse behavior, interacting with horses, grooming techniques, groundwork, and other equine-centered activities. EAL is also offered in group sessions, such as Hoofbeats and Heart, Veterans group, and more.

Cost: $60 - 75 per 1-hour session

Riding For Growth: These are riding lessons on horseback with personal growth goals in mind, i.e. improved relationships, emotional regulation, increased focus, learning to set boundaries, or gaining self-confidence. Due to current herd availability, riding lessons carry an 185 pound weight limit.

Please note: New clients under the age of 18 are required to take part in at least one 8-week session of Hoofbeats and Heart prior to registering for their first 8-week riding session (i.e., the client would do the Winter 2025 Hoofbeats program and then the Spring 2025 riding program).

Cost: $60 - 75 for a 1-hour session

Veterans Group: We invite a group of Veterans to the farm each week to explore challenges and share solutions that impact all those who served. By providing a space for resource sharing and community, we hope to expand the social network that serves individual Veterans as well as their families. *An assessment is not required for participation in this group.

Cost: Free through grant funding
