“CASA Sand Sculpture Artfest: Shaping Growth – 18 Years and Counting”
Saturday, July 11, 2026 - Splash House

Rules and Regulations for 18th Annual Sand Sculpture Artfest Building Teams: 

1. Sculpture must be complete at or before 1 pm judging. 

2. No more than 4 team members at a time in the team space. Teams can have more than 4 members.

3. Allowed to bring any tools or items to assist in sculpture construction. 

4. Allowed to bring any ornamentation for the sculpture. 

5. Regular Splash House rules and regulations apply once inside the Splash House as deemed by the City of Marion. 

6. Once inside the Splash House, must shower prior to entering the water. 

7. No sand toys allowed inside the Splash House. 

8. Respect to other teams and their sculptures and space is expected during this event. 

9. Entry deadline is July 6th, 2026. 

10. Registration for teams begins at 8:30 am. 

11. Sculpture building begins at 9:00 am and ends at 1:00 pm. 

12. No foul language or running in sandbox areas. 

13. Alcohol or drugs not permitted on the site. 

14. PLEASE NOTE: Rain date is the next day, July 12th, 2026.
