ICCH is excited to host A Health & Resilience Skills workshop series for girls and women ages 16-22, offered by Noha Mostafa, MS, NCC, LPCA, national certified counselor, licensed professional counselor associate in Oregon and master certified health coach. - Understand how the mind body connection can be leveraged and accessed to help you
feel calmer and more focused on what really matters to you.
- Build on your own strengths while practically applying new tools to help you strengthen
your ability to navigate challenging transitions, stressors, relational dynamics and roles.
- Practice 1-5 minute exercises with the group to start building your wellness toolkit.
