✅ The street will close to the general public at 7:30 AM.
✅ Arrive to the market at least 30 minutes prior to opening. Your booth must be completely set-up by the time the market opens at 9 am.
✅ Vendors may not break down tents, tables or displays before 12pm, even if there is not product left to sell. This is so that customers are encouraged to come to the market, even if it is close to closing time. We want the market still feels inviting to encourage customers to return.
✅ Vendors are not permitted to drive away until 12:10pm for customer safety.
✅ Food scraps and waste must be picked up off the ground before leaving.
✅ Vendor parking is available in various parking lots. Should you need a vehicle space please indicate so in the appropriate section below
GENERAL✅ Vendors who offer a ready-to-eat product with packaging MUST provide a trash dispenser and pack it out.
✅ All vendors accepting SNAP tokens are required to display prices of their products.
✅ Initial participation in the market does not guarantee continued vending and the vendor pool will be re-evaluated weekly.
✅ The ASAP Market is a 'producer only' market. That means all items being sold must be produced by the seller or their listed representative (e.g. family member, employee, partner, or intern involved in production). Basically, you can not resell an item you bought or received from another business or person without approval from the manager.
✅ Vendors may only sell products listed on this application. Requests to list a new product must be submitted in writing or by email prior to sale and are approved at the discretion of the market manager
✅ All market vendors are required to participate in the market’s token program
- ACM $5 token: may be accepted by any vendor
- SNAP (EBT): may only be accepted for SNAP approved foods (e.g. fruits and vegetables, honey, cheese, meat, eggs, bread and baked goods)
- Fresh Farm Bucks: Fruits and vegetables
✅ Products must have clearly displayed prices
✅ Vendors may set up a canopy tent to protect from weather. All tents must have weights heavy enough to hold it down in high winds.
We recommend 20 lbs on each tent leg for the winter season as the street gets very windy.
✅ Vendors are required to comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations and laws governing food safety and labeling. Documentation of required licenses, permits, certifications, etc. should be retained by the vendor. Vendors may be audited by the manager at any time.
