In filling out this form you agree to the following terms, which may be negotiated once we make contact with you via email, for the following Convention Tables: The conventions taking part in this agreement will be offered a table at Kogan Con to advertise their convention in addition to (but not limited too):Giving out information of their convention at the table to guests attending the convention named, selling pre-reg badges for their convention at said table, and selling their merchandise. The person completing this form will be granted one free badge for themselves and up to 3 additional badges for fellow staff members to attend Kogan Con to run their table all weekend long, but will be expected to purchase their own travel expenses, hotel lodgings, etc. In exchange, Kogan Con will also be given one table of equal or larger size at your convention listed above to advertise and sell pre-reg passes as well as up to 4 weekend badges free of cost, with the understanding these members would pay their own expenses and hotel lodgings as well.If you have questions regarding this please email us at: vendors@kogancon.com or info@kogancon.com. In completing this form you are neither obligated or accepted for a con table swap.
