2015 Chinese Fair Staff Registration Form
Instructions:
1. Staff registration includes Chinese Fair committee members, volunteers, performers, and judges.
2. Committee members: please arrive by 9 AM on the Fair day.
3. Volunteers: please arrive at the time according to the instruction of each committee.
4. Judges: please arrive by 10:00 AM to get ready. Contest will begin at 10:00 AM.
5. Performers: If the performers are students, please ask your Chinese teacher to do the staff registration rather than pre-registration. If the performers are NOT students, the Performance committee members will do the staff registration for the performers. If the performers are also attending the contest, the performers should do the contest registration rather than staff registration or pre-registration.
6. On the fair day, please go to the "Staff check-in table" to check in and receive the lunch raffle ticket, a T-shirt, and bottled water.
