A Wild Affair 2019 Application
Thank you for your interest in A Wild Affair at Stone Zoo! This event will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. Due to the continued popularity of the event, we are expecting 800 guests this year. Once confirmed, your company will be listed with a link and logo on A Wild Affair's web page (www.zoonewengland.org/awildaffair). Your company will also be mentioned on a Facebook event page, in e-mail newsletters to 35,000+, as well as on the event handout.

Proceeds from A Wild Affair will benefit the operation and continued growth of Stone Zoo, its education programs and conservation initiatives. Stone Zoo is managed by Zoo New England, a 501c3 non-profit.

Preparing for the event
Zoo New England will provide one table per beverage station, two tables for each food station, linens, two chairs, and 10'x10' pop-up tents if needed. Please let us know if you require anything else. Zoo New England will also provide ice for each beverage station. All food stations must provide their own serving utensils and dishware.

Please read this important information *
Please provide enough product for all of our guests to enjoy throughout the duration of the event. You must bring your own tubs or coolers for any wine or beer you may be serving. For the safety of the animals, do not distribute ANY glasses or glass bottles. Sales of any merchandise is prohibited. As we heavily promote this event, we request that any cancellations be made at least two weeks ahead of time.
