Midwest Club                                                                  Lacrosse Club League - Spring League Program Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in the Spring League. We are currently looking for club lacrosse programs to join us for a competitive and organized spring season!

We’re inviting programs to participate with one team per grad year, 2030 through 2036. The goal is to create a consistent, high-level league where top programs from the Midwest region compete and develop together throughout the spring.
