TABLE REQUEST
If you are sharing a table with multiple people, we ask that ONE person requests the table, while the other table-mates choose "None" and name the person who made the request below.

If you are sharing a full table with just one other person, please each apply for half table instead.

 Scholarships
If the table cost is a factor in your decision whether you can attend or not, we are offering table scholarships. Please write a paragraph below describing your situation and why the scholarship would be necessary for you. Scholarships aren't guaranteed, so please still fill in the Table Request above.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
RIPExpo does not discriminate against any person with respect to race, color, sex, gender identity, age, religion, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, military discharge status, or source of income.

RIPExpo is a safe space: harassment, actions or merchandise that is considered hateful or that makes any attendee, staff member or exhibitor feel unsafe or oppressed will not be tolerated. Offended parties are encouraged to approach convention organizers or file a report online at the RIPExpo website.

Responses to reports will be swift and on a case-by-case basis. Exhibitors will be asked to remove offensive merchandise if it promotes hate or oppression. RIPExpo will issue single warnings when appropriate, with the second report resulting in eviction. Other reports may result in the immediate removal of the offender. RIPExpo reserves the right to remove any party from our events. Exhibitors who are removed will not receive a refund of their table fee.

Exhibitor agrees to not hold RIPExpo, its staff, or convention location responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
