Only parents/guardian of a Benjamin Bannecker Public Charter School child can fill out this form.

We are excited to offer two-6 week swimming sessions on Tuesdays afterschool in the Fall 2026. If you have any questions please let me know by emailing asap. There will be 6 swimmers in the class for 12 weeks. Every family who applies will get a phone interview from Swim Freedom to discuss the course. Decisions will be made by mid June. All applicants will be notified.
