2026 ASCA Virtual Case Study Participant Form
Thank you for your interest in the ASCA Virtual Case Study Competition! Please complete this form in its entirety. Note: All participants must be available during the timeframes below. Final timeframes will be assigned once participants are confirmed.

**ALSO NOTE: If you have a case study partner, include their name and email below. If you do not have a partner, we may be able to assign one to you; however, this is not guaranteed.**
