PROPOSAL INFORMATION
Proposal Title
Abstract (minimum 150 words; maximum 250 words)
The abstract should include an overview of the session’s content, intended audience and learning outcomes. If your abstract is accepted, it will be included in the conference program in an abbreviated form.
Proposed Session Formats
30 minute sessions will be clustered by topic, and are typically a 20 minute presentation or demonstration followed by 10 minutes for questions. 60 minute sessions must include audience participation. For example, Q&A panels, round table discussions, or thinking sessions are suitable formats. Innovative and creative formats will be considered for extended 90 minute sessions.

Technical requirements
Each room will be equipped with hi-speed Internet, projection and computing capabilities, and seating. If your session requires additional technology and room customization, please include this information:
Session Language
Abstracts for sessions will be accepted in English or French. In addition, sessions can be presented in English or French. We cannot provide simultaneous translation.
