PTA/PTSA Unit Delegate Registration
As per the bylaws of the Orange County Council of PTAs and PTSAs, the voting body of the Council shall consist of the Council’s executive board, the president (or elected officer), of each local unit in membership who is in full compliance, the principal (or representative), and up to three (3) delegates (current members) selected by each local unit according to its procedure.

Elected officers include the unit president, vice-president(s), treasurer, and secretary. A Delegate can be any current member of your PTA/PTSA unit.
