Non-Profit Free Event Space Application

Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation is committed to removing barriers for Tulsans with big ideas, and in an effort to support other non-profits, we waive the rental cost for one non-profit-hosted event per quarter.

Aside from the possibility of a waived rental fee for space, we offer a reduced rental fee for non-profits. Please reach out to our Venue Sales Specialist, Shay Smith (shay@lobecktaylor.org) directly for more information about event rates. 

To be considered for a fee waiver, complete this application. Additional information may be requested upon review of the completed application, including documentation of non-profit status, mission statement, and alignment of event with mission. 

To ensure enough time,  please complete this application no less than three weeks prior to the intended date of your event. It can take up to five business days to review this application.
