TUF Teens Program
"Empowering Teens to Build Their Future"
Tools Up Foundation’s TUF Teens Program equips Chicago youths with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to become leaders and positive role models within their communities. Through free, hands-on construction training, mentorship, mental health support, and personalized case management, teens earn $16 per hour while gaining the tools to elevate their lives and make a lasting impact.

Spring 2026 Monthly Schedule (January 2026 - May 2026)- Last Friday of the month: 5pm-7pm
- Last Saturday of the month: 10am-3pm
Summer 2026 Weekly Schedule (June 15th 2026 - August 6th 2026)
- Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's: 10am - 3pm
Fall 2026 Monthly Schedule (September 2026 - October 2026)
- Last Friday of the month: 5pm-7pm
- Last Saturday of the month: 10am-3pm
