This outdoor event will take place rain or shine unless there is severe weather. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent (if desired), tent weights, tables, chairs, etc. Tent weights are required; a minimum of 100 lbs per tent.
Vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of sales tax for their sales (7% in Cayce).
Your application will be reviewed within one week (7 days) of submission. Once approved, we will email a PayPal invoice to you. If you inadvertently select an incorrect option, we will adjust it on our end and invoice you appropriately. Invoices that are not paid within 7 days will result in the acceptance being canceled.
Electricity access is prioritized by the date of artist's payment received.
Note: As this is a March event, it will get dark earlier than 8 pm. Please be sure to bring some solar lights for your booth.

By submitting this form, I/We agree to assume all risks associated with participating in this festival, including but not limited to, falls, the effects of the weather, and any other loss, cost, or damage. Having read this release and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee, agree to waive, release, and hold harmless, The Cayce Festival of the Arts, The Cayce Avenues Neighborhood Association, The City of Cayce, Soiree on State, all event sponsors, all workers, and all volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damage, loss, cost, and expense, of any kind arising out of my/our participation in this event.
