Equipment/Requests

Each room includes dual overhead LCD projectors, desktop CPU, ability to use VGA or HDMI connected laptops, document camera, speaker system, audio enhancement availability, all controlled from a guest podium – and we’ll be happy to show you how to use it all. Each room also has white boards, Ethernet (bring a cord) and public Wi-Fi.

All rooms are arranged classroom style with tables and chairs. Some classrooms cannot be rearranged.

For any food and beverage, users must attempt to contract separately through the on-campus caterer, at least 2 weeks prior using this link: https://casper.catertrax.com/

I have read and understand the Building Use Guidelines and Agreement and understand by completing this form that I am submitting a request for a room, and space is not guaranteed until I receive confirmation from the UU Building staff. I also understand that the cancellation policy is 48 hours advance notice. Failure to pay cancellation or regular rental fees may result in refusal to schedule future meetings. An invoice will be mailed to the address listed above after my scheduled event.
