Active Knox Presents Award-Winning Developer Jeff Randolph
Join us for a public presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, with Jeff Randolph, whose firm specializes in building residential, urban infill and mixed-used communities throughout the Southeast. Jeff will speak on how the public can support the creation of successful mixed-use developments at all scales and price points.

Location is the auditorium at Bearden High School, 8352 Kingston Pike. Doors open at 5:30, program begins at 6.

Jeff is President of The Randolph Group, LLC, a land development company based in Greenville, SC, and specializing in residential, urban infill and mixed-used communities. Since its founding in 1997, The Randolph Group has developed more than 40 communities in the Southeast. In 2010, The Randolph Group was recognized by Southern Living Magazine for their work on the Viola neighborhood in Greenville, deemed one of the 10 Best Comeback Neighborhoods in the country. Prior to establishing The Randolph Group, Jeff received his Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, and spent 14 years with Liberty Properties Group, the real estate operating company of Liberty Life Insurance Company. Jeff is an instructor at Clemson University in the Master of Real Estate Development Program.

This meeting is open to the public, so RSVP is necessary.
