Please have the following information on hand before beginning this survey:
- Event Name
- Event Description
- Event Date
- Event Zip/Postal Code
- Event Country
- Name of SWE group(s) involved in the planning and execution of the event
- Funding Information (if applicable)
- Event Type (e.g., Career Day, professional development, fundraising, board meeting)
- Number of Attendees
- Number of Volunteers (if applicable)
