Rules to be a vendor at Guilderland, Rensselaer Riverfront, and Washington Park Farmers Market
1.
Set up to be complete by 10:00am or your space will be taken and asked to leave
2.
There are no refunds due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
3.
Produce that is in season must by grown by farmers in NYS
4.
If you are organic and want to be labelled so, you must adhere to NYS guidelines
5.
Any items that you are selling must be preapproved by the start of the market.
6.
Leave the space like it was before you set up.
7.
You must call in by Wednesday if not attending.
8.
No call, no show, no more vending. Penalty $50 for second Call out, then $100 for every missed day.
9.
Keep a nice display, one your mom would be proud of.
10.
There are no refunds once we receive your payment, no exceptions
11.
We my move your vendor spot at anytime at our own discretion
12. You may not change a day for another day at either or both markets
If we conclude that your actions, manners, product, or anything that does stand in good constitute, poor judgement or anything that is done that causes another discomfort, you will be asked to leave, and in most cases not allowed back to the market and no refund. You also agree that if police action is required you must leave the market grounds and discontinue selling.
