Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise after booking your spot on our yoga retreat. While we want to be as accommodating as possible, we also have to ensure that we manage our retreat preparations and bookings efficiently. Therefore the following refund policy will apply in the event of cancellations:

Cancellation Window and Refund Rate:

Before September 6, 2026: If you cancel during this time frame, you will forfeit your deposit of $250. If you paid in full, any balance above the $250 non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you.**

After September 7, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during this time frame.**

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early departures from the retreat.

**You may choose to gift your reservation to another person if you cannot make it for any reason.
