We are pleased to host the second annual Fire and Earthquake Safety Expo on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at the Cloverdale Citrus Fairgrounds, 1 Citrus Fair Drive, Cloverdale, CA. Doors open at 9:30 am for free breakfast and activities are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Expo and/or helping to organize the event. Approximately 1,500 people were at the 2021 Expo and we anticipate at least 2,000 attending in 2022.

Right now we are seeking additional volunteers to help the day of the event. Please complete this form and one of our Expo Coordinators will contact you. This year's event will be a fun, free day for Sonoma County and surrounding area residents to attend.

VACANT ORGANIZER POSITIONS AND OTHER PRE-EVENT ASSISTANCE - NO LONGER NEEDED

VOLUNTEERING DAY OF EVENT, MAY 1, 2022

Please indicate what role you are interested in. You will be scheduled to work 1 to 3 hours at the event.

Parking Lot Attendant – Guides visitors upon arrival.

Info Booth Attendant – Educates the public about the schedule of activities.

Greeter – Greets visitors, directs them to register, and distributes handouts.

Videographer – Videos events and attendees during the day.

Photographer – Takes photos of the events and attendees during the day.

Kid’s Area Attendants – Helps set up Kids Area at Expo and oversee children activities during the day.

Interpreter - Help attendees who don't speak English navigate the Fairgrounds and interpret information

Announcer - Announces upcoming events on PA system.

Giveaway Attendant - Distributes radios and phone charger after people register.
