Purchase of Occupational License is required for profit. Cost of license is $20
per day, per solicitor. NO REFUNDS

The permit is valid only on the dates listed above during the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm,
Monday through Saturday

The original permit must be carried at all times while engaging in solicitation.
