LIABILITY WAIVER AND RACE AGREEMENT *
I hereby certify that I am in good health and that I can run the distance of the race I signed up for. I also certify that i have read and understood all the rules of the fun run. I assume responsibility for all risks of running along roadways. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, for myself, my heirs, executor, and administrators, do hereby waive and release any and all rights to claims and damages I may have against the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, race officials, and all parties involved with this event. I grant full permission to the organizers the use any photographs, videotapes or any other records of this event for advertising and promotional purposes.
